About Portland Posture Clinic

My Name is Sean O’Neill. I am an Egoscue Certified Postural Alignment Specialist (PAS).

For 15 years, I endured chronic back and neck pain (among MANY other injuries) throughout a robust athletic career (NCAA, IAC). I tried everything under the sun, until I was in a severe car accident and my pain worsened. The hunt for relief continued. I did not want to rely on NSAIDs or prescription medications, bound for arthritis and surgeries. I felt helpless. Doctors, acupuncture, chiropractic, and massage were not providing long lasting relief or hope. I discovered the Egoscue Method book Pain Free and followed a daily regiment of therapeutic, corrective exercises for 2 months, and my pain was eliminated. I became a NASM certified Physical Trainer, and became certified through the Egoscue Institute as an Egoscue Certified Posture Alignment Specialist (PAS). With a strong understanding of physical pain and corrective exercise, I can navigate physical challenges with confidence and composure for myself and clients. Today, I feel better than ever and want to share the results, hope, and confidence with others. With awareness, patience, and persistence, the body can heal itself.
